Who we are
Training that ends with you doing it
Prisolix IT Training began with a simple frustration: people finished courses, collected certificates, and still froze when a machine would not POST or a network went down. So we built our classes the other way round — the fault comes first, the explanation comes second.
Today we teach hardware, networking and Cisco CCNA in small batches, online and offline, for students, working professionals and anyone changing track into IT support.

Our method
Watch once, then do it ten times
Every module follows the same loop, and it is deliberately boring.
- 1
See it done
The instructor works through the task slowly, narrating the decisions.
- 2
Do it yourself
Same task, your hands, your mistakes — with help a desk away.
- 3
Break it on purpose
We introduce a fault and you diagnose it with the tools of the trade.
- 4
Explain it back
If you can describe why it works, you actually own the skill.
What we stand for
Four rules we teach by
Bench before board
You touch the equipment in week one. Theory arrives once you have already felt the problem.
We stay reachable
Questions after class are normal. Message the instructor and you will get an answer.
Honest about level
We tell you if a course is wrong for you, and which one to do first instead.
Repetition counts
Subnetting, POST faults, VLAN config — drilled until you can do them under a clock.
Included in every batch
What you actually get
No hidden add-ons. This is what a Prisolix seat includes.
- Printed and digital practice sheets for every module
- Lab exercises on real switches, routers and machines
- Recorded sessions for anything you miss
- Doubt-clearing slots alongside the regular class
- Mock tests with answers explained, not just scored
- Certificate on completion
Not sure where to start?
Describe what you want to be doing in a year. We will tell you which course to take first — even if that means telling you to wait.
